1. Who We Are
Absolut FUT ("Absolut FUT", "we", "us", "our") provides EAFC/FIFA Ultimate Team coin sales, account boosting, and a paid trading community, accessible at this website and our linked social/community channels. Absolut FUT is currently operated on an independent basis and is not yet incorporated as a registered company; if that changes, this section will be updated with our registered entity details. By placing an order, checking the agreement box at checkout, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services on your own behalf. Users aged 16 or 17 may use our services only with the direct involvement and verified consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms and take full responsibility for the order and the payment method used. We do not knowingly provide services to anyone under 16.
You must only place orders for game accounts that you own or are otherwise fully authorized to access. Ordering on behalf of a third party without their explicit authorization is prohibited.
3. Our Services
Coin Shop — purchase of in-game coins, delivered via player-to-player market trading methods to the account you provide.
Boosting Service — temporary, supervised access to your game account (FUT Champions or Division Rivals) by our team in order to play matches and reach an agreed target rank.
Trading Group — a paid membership community (hosted on Whop) offering trading tips and guidance. Joining the Trading Group is subject to Whop's own terms in addition to these Terms; we are not responsible for Whop's platform or billing.
4. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in EUR (or your local currency equivalent where offered) and may change at any time to reflect in-game market fluctuations; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers — Stripe (cards and other methods such as Klarna where enabled), PayPal, and cryptocurrency payment processors — and we never see or store your full card details or wallet keys. Cryptocurrency payments are confirmed on-chain by the payment processor before an order is treated as paid; due to the nature of cryptocurrency, the amount you send is the amount credited, and network fees are borne by the sender.
5. Account Access & Credentials
We only ever ask for your game-account login details (and, where relevant, a backup code) once — after your payment has been confirmed, on your order page. We never ask for or store this information at checkout.
- For Coin Shop orders, your details are sent once, directly, to the vetted coin-fulfillment supplier assigned to your order so they can complete the trade.
- For Boosting Service orders, your details are sent once, directly, to our trusted boosting team member assigned to your order.
In both cases, your credentials are relayed once and are never stored in our database or logs. Only the specific supplier or team member fulfilling your order has access to them, and only for as long as needed to complete it. We strongly recommend changing your game-account password once your order is complete, for your own security.
6. Delivery Times
We aim to begin processing every order, and to respond to support requests, within 1 hour. Actual completion time depends on what you ordered: most Coin Shop orders are delivered within 1–2 hours (larger orders may take longer); most boosts are completed within 24 hours, with a maximum of 48 hours depending on target rank and platform queues. These are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Coin Shop
Refunds are issued only in the following cases: your order does not arrive as described or at all, your account is banned as a direct result of our service, or your order cannot be completed because the in-game transfer market is unavailable. Once coins have been delivered correctly, the order is final and non-refundable.
Boosting Service
If the agreed target rank is not reached, you will receive a partial refund for the portion of the boost not completed. A refund may also apply if your account is banned as a direct result of our service, or in similarly exceptional circumstances. Once a boost is completed as agreed, the order is final and non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after an order has been delivered or completed as agreed is treated as fraud. We reserve the right to permanently ban any account or customer who does this, and to contest the dispute with our delivery records and communications.
8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Our services are digital services that we begin delivering immediately, well within that 14-day window, so EU law allows us to ask you to expressly waive this right in exchange for instant delivery.
By checking the agreement box at checkout — which expressly includes requesting immediate delivery — you request that we start performing your order right away, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery or the boost has started (or, if it completes before 14 days are up, once it's complete). We only start an order once this box is checked, since we can't offer instant coin or boosting delivery any other way.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not: provide false account information; place orders for accounts you do not own or control without authorization; use a stolen or unauthorized payment method; abuse promo codes or referral offers; or attempt to defraud us or our suppliers in any way. We may refuse service, cancel an order, or ban an account at our discretion where we reasonably suspect any of the above.
10. Third-Party Game Risk
Absolut FUT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Electronic Arts Inc. or the EA SPORTS FC brand. Using third-party coin or boosting services carries an inherent risk of action against your game account by the publisher (including warnings, restrictions, trading market bans, or account bans), which we do not control. By using our services you acknowledge and accept this risk, except where our refund policy above says otherwise. We recommend reviewing EA's own Terms of Service before ordering.
11. Intellectual Property
The Absolut FUT name, logo, and site content are our property (or used under license) and may not be copied or reused without permission. All game names, trademarks, and related assets referenced on this site belong to their respective owners.
12. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including in-game losses or account actions taken by a game publisher.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continuing to use our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
If you are an EU consumer, you can also submit a complaint through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but you're welcome to use this platform to raise a complaint.
