SBC & Evolution Reviews
Every SBC and Evolution EA puts out, priced against the live market and judged on one question: is it actually worth your coins? Most of the time the answer is no, and we say so.
What We Actually Check
The real squad cost
Not EA's suggested squad. We price the cheapest realistic solution against the live market on the day the SBC drops, because that is what it will actually cost you.
What the reward is worth
If the card is tradeable, the market decides. If it is untradeable, we judge it on whether it gets into your starting eleven and stays there - an 88 you will bench is worth nothing.
Whether it will get cheaper
Most SBCs are up for days and squad fodder falls as the promo goes on. If waiting 48 hours saves you 60K coins, that is part of the verdict.
Evolutions: the opportunity cost
Evo slots are limited. A cheap Evo on the wrong card burns a slot you will want later, so we say which player to put through it, not just whether the Evo is good.
Review FAQ
How often do you post reviews?
Every day there is something new to review. EA drops SBCs and Evolutions constantly during a promo, so on a busy week that means several a day, and on a quiet week one or two.
How do you decide whether an SBC is worth completing?
We price the squad requirements against the live market, compare that total to what the reward card is actually worth both in game and on the market, and factor in whether it is untradeable and how long the SBC is repeatable for. If the coin cost is higher than the value you get back, we say so.
Are the reviews biased because you sell coins?
No. Most of our reviews tell people not to do the SBC, which is the opposite of what a coin seller would push if these were adverts. Honest calls are the whole reason people read them.
Where do the reviews go up first?
The Discord, then Instagram. Joining the Discord is free and it is where the discussion happens - people post their solutions and argue about the verdict.
